A blog is kinda like a diary. Typically a blog conference has a moderator who can post new topics, and everyone else can reply to them (by clicking the Comments link). There can be more than one moderator, or the blog can be wide open like this one.
Unlike the other conferences where you can play with the sort order of topics, in a blog the latest topic is always at the top of the list, after any sticky topics (like this topic - see the thumbtack icon on it?).
To see it properly you need to turn off the tree view on the left if you have it visible.

Can anyone answer these questions? What is an average salary of an Accounting Manager of a company? How many weeks holiday should I have? How much does it cost to rent one bedroom flat? Thanks.
